It's not just an app gap, it's a mobile ecosystem gap.

• No slow-motion video capture.
• No mobile payment solution – where is Microsoft Pay?
• no home automation solution – where is Microsoft HomeKit?
• where is the equivalent of Apple’s iBeacon that helps people navigate inside malls and airports?
• where is Cortana in terms of equivalence with Siri suggestions or Google Now On Tap?

I'm sure others can come up with 50 other things. The only reason I've seen people with Windows Phones is because T-Mobile has them for really cheap, not because they wanted them. The person I know who has a Windows Phone from T-Mobile is absolutely miserable with it and wishes she had an iPhone.

App gap is non issue for me since I use web interface for most everything. Apps just makes it so it require less tap time. Not a mobile gamer really. Cant get used to software buttons. Yeah, I can pair up a BT KB and controllers, but...carrying it around wherever I go? Meh.

And I'm always afraid of losing my phone and peeps have access to all the apps I would be using, and buying **** left and right. Looking at all my pron and cat pictures.
