I want to buy or modify usb charger cable for SF2 same here:

I'm pretty sure that the Surface Pro 2 can 't be charged on the amount of voltage/amperage that USB outputs. If it could, then Microsoft would have provided a USB charging cable instead of the power adapter.

You'll need to buy the official charger.

I would suggest not trying to manufacture a USB charger for your SP2. I have no doubt that Pete is right on this. Sorry.
