How can enable VPN automatically?

I have a VPN account with NORDVPN and have it setup on my WM10 Nokia 930 using the inbuilt VPN settings. Checking and it connects fine, albeit without a lock on the notification bar, however I have to manually connect EVERY single time.

Is there anyway to set it to auto connect, and remain connected, whenever WIFI, over metered networks or while roaming?

Its a PITA to have to do it every single time I want to use my data.

I am on Fast Ring and have the latest OS version installed (10.0.104915.1000)

I have the exact same problem! I'm trying to find a fix or a workaround, but nothing so far.
Does you VPN disconnects after you block the screen?
