How can I access Onedrive Onenote data from OneNote 2010?

I have a OneNote notebook hosted on my OneDrive account, and synced to the OneNote app on my Android phone. I am trying to access this notebook from my desktop PC, which is running OneNote 2010 on Windows 7, but when I login to my Windows Live account and sync I do not see my OneNote web notebook.

What is the correct procedure for connecting to an existing OneNote web notebook from OneNote 2010?
