How can I check that my lumia 730 is refurbished or factory new?

Nokia care told me that the problem in phone(lumia 720) which I gave to service centre was not solved.So, they gave me the new updated version i.e. lumia 730.But it was wuthout box,they handed me the phone in pouch.So, I want to know whether its new or used one.

Does it look used? Why complain about a free upgrade

Probably a refurbished one. When my old dears old 800 died they replaced it with a 820, but that came sealed in a box as new.
With a refurbished one from them you still get the years warranty.
