Re: storage issue on lumia 520
I have a lumia 520 which got 3.83 GB filled with system and 567MB with others folders can you help me to clean it up.I cant find a way
3.83gb filled isn't that major issue.
If ur phone hasn't face a hard reset over a year or more then it happens. More apps u have, more system memory and apps memory it takes.
Big size games or apps store more data over times and it all merged into system memory.
And other 567mb is other non recognized files. To clean it u have to find these types of files or data through file manager and delete them...
System memory u can't touch..
So if u really want to freed u memory, simply hard reset ur phone..
And obviously back up before proceeding.
