How can I disable the autostart of apps in Windows 10?

There are a lot of pre-installed apps on my acer aspire notebook which take up a lot of the CPU. This is driving me nuts. How can I disable them and disable selected functions of acer?

With the left hand, CTRL + SHIFT + ESC for opening Task Manager
Click on Start column and disable all apps you don't desire (click one by one then Disable).
Then reboot
