How can I fix a Windows insider problem?

Windows insider problem.

I downloaded windows insider and it's not working. When i click get preview builds it shows this message : " Server error. A connection error prevented us from downloading programs for you. Please check the date/time of your device and its network connection and try again". Please help, what should I do?

1) is phone time/date correct? Did you set the correct time zone?
2) are you using a wifi connection? home or free? if it's an office limited wifi, ask admin for permissions
