How can I fix an error?

0x80004005 0x20004 errors

Has there been an fix to these errors that anyone is aware of? I received them on both a Win 8.1 and Win7 PC using the media creation tool.

i have recently readed a possible solution, and looks like the dongles are giving problems, hope it works, i'm going to try again without my xbox wireless reciever
