How can I fix error 0x80240059?

My storage is taking 16GB of my 32GB and I can't update to build 10149 I keep getting the error , and my phone reboots more than 20 times before it shows the lock screen. L920. Need help to go forward

There is a bug now preventing users from upgrading to 10149 from 10136. Microsoft is working on it.

Wen it says retry I will download again. And prep for installation after that hit the restart, that's how it worked for me when I encounter the same issue
