what does this mean? error code 0x8007007e,this is happend when I try to update my speech and language. how can I fix this? i cant even download language and speech settings,please help me to get through this..

It's a pretty generic error, however often tied to updates. Since I don't know your OS or what/how your updating, you might just put 0x8007007e into Bing, like I did and you can find a more specific response.
