How can I fix Inaccessible_boot_device?

Windows Central Question

Inaccessible_boot_device

I installed Windows 10 and decided to reset my computer. It keeps coming up with something that says "INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE". Any help? It keeps restarting over and over again and keeps coming up with the same message.
