How can I fix store error 0x80072EE7?

Store Error 0x80072EE7

I currently can't install apps! I get the error 0x80072EE7 ... Sometimes a new app can be installed. But I didn't find out how to solve the problem. And Updates are never installed. I'd love to install the new WinCentral App but I can't :/
Any tips?

I'm getting the same error code when trying to update an app (Network Data).
