How can I get a windows phone

I love windows phone but i don't have one neither do I have money to acquire one.
Please help me get one especially the one with Windows 10 oS

Sorry, you'll have to save up for one, or get one from eBay or any other outlet that offers used devices.

Hey, glad to see a fellow Kenyan. How much can you afford? You can get a lumia 540 for Kshs 10000 at Tuscom in Tuskys supermarket - my dad got that at T-mall. Once you get the 540, you can easily upgrade it to windows 10

You can also check Jumia for offers or cheaper prices.

You have to start from somewhere. You could try the lumia 435 which should be cheaper since it has lower specs. Or try saving money until you can afford one. Check olx if someone is selling a second hand phone - there should be a few.
