How can I get Cortana off of my computer?

i want cortana off my computer

it keeps popping up and cannot use the internet

Can't you delete it, i.e. right click and "uninstall" or right click to find ''file location'' and delete it ?

Cortana is built into the system.
It's possible to easily disable Cortana in W10.
Find it in the list of apps...open Cortana and tap\click on the hamburger menu then settings.
Toggle it off to disable.
This should also disable it in the EDGE browser.
