How can I get Cortana on my Lumia 930 in Bangladesh?

How can I get Cortana on my Lumia 930 in Bangladesh? I have selected keyboard, language, Region all to United States. But there is no Cortana after restarting Phone. Please help me someone to get the Cortana.

You should also change the speech to United states.....and turn on the location then find the cortana app in the app list..
