How can I get data back from a stolen phone?

Someone pls help me with this

I lost my windows phone (nokia lumia 535).It has been stolen by someone.my phone is locked and is it possible to unlock it by someone else..and even if they reset it,is it possible to get back those documents /pics..??i dont use an sd card..i used to saved it to phone memory....pls..pls..kindly reply fast..and yes there is onedrive..but i have turned off the automatic upload..if anyone has the answer..pls contact ayana1996.u@gmail.com..but i just wanna know that if it is possible for someone else to get that datas back..the datas that i have stored in phone memory..

First thing - report the phone as stolen to your network operator so the IMEI can be blocked. Did you have One Drive set up on the phone to back up your data?

Yes..i hav onedrive on the phone,but i turned off automatic upload..

Log on from another device & check your One Drive account, you MAY be lucky but considering you turned OFF auto upload, consider the data lost forever.

Thank u so much for replying... It's better to consider the data lost forever rather than falling in wrong hands..one final question.. Is it possible for someone else to retrieve those data back?
