I can't get my computer to start after upgrading to windows 10.

Computer was fine till I accidentally hit the power off button while trying to find the model number. Now I can't make it start at all. I tried restart. I tried shutting off and restarting. I have tried system restore and that did not complete successfully. Now I tried go back to previous build and it has said "restarting" for 30 minutes
PLEASE HELP!!!

Ah yes this is the most common thing that happens when you power off something while upgrading. Same thing would happen to the phone. It turns it self useless.

Do you have Windows 7 or 8 disc, so you can try to reinstall Windows on your PC. While rebooting, the system would detect the disc and ask you if you want to do something (you click what it says) or to just continue booting to desktop. Or you already tried that? I tend to rush lol :)
