How can I get my data off of my Lumia 535 with a broken phone?

the touch screen on my Lumia 535 is broken, how can i connet to it by PC to extract all my contact and data from it?

Your contacts are synchronised with Microsoft account. Log in using that account and you can see all your contacts.

Regarding your all other data you can recover of you have created backup of it.
