How can I get my Outlook working?

Outlook not working

I have a lumia 950xl, and i wonder y my outlook is not working, please if anyone has solution for that, it would be great.

Mine has developed issues with HTML emails in the last week and a half to two weeks. As a professional, I need my emails. As it is, I can see that I got an email, but I can't read it. I am hoping for a resolution soon, but am afraid I may need to go to an Android phone. As we rely more on our phones, we can't put up with beta versions of the OS. The only reason I bought the 950 was because my 1520 died. At least 8.1 was stable.
