Create persistent notifications in Outlook Calendar

Some time back, I made a change, in Outlook, so that Calendar reminders would stay on my screen until I cleared them.

For whatever reason, I cannot remember how I did it.

Can anyone help?

Is there anything in that cog wheel at the bottom? (I don't use that app and you've probably already clicked it - I'm just curious)
