How can I get my Windows 10 mobile 10586.63, out of a reboot?

My phone update to 10586.63 and rebooted. It is now stuck in a reboot cycle despite hard reboot. Am overseas on holidays. Any ideas

Recovery tool would be an option but can you find a pc and internet?

Hard reset via the buttons. Did you update from a really old build? (I ask because this was a known issue if you hard reset on build 10581. At least I think that is what the build was.)

BTW: If that is your issue a hard reset gets your phone mostly working, but not 100%. (You won't be able to connect it to a PC via USB until you use WDRT to totally restore it and start over.)
