How can I get Outlook setup?

outlook not setting up

i am trying to sync my contacts from outlook, but my phone is not adding outlook account in "people". But i am able to add it in settings > Accounts > your email and accounts
i am using lumia 640 XL. i upgraded my phone to win 10 mob few hours ago

that's where you should add, in accounts >email.
Wait for some time, your contacts should sync. Make sure internet is on

Thank you for your reply. I've already done that. But it's still not syncing
