How can I link my Windows 8.1 Nokia Lumia 530 with my 8.1 Windows desktop?

cant seem to link my windows 8.1 nokia lumia 530 with my 8.1 windows desktop

tried everything i can think of, they talk for the internet, but as far as sharing files over a wireless nope...and dont suggest a wire, it didnt come with one

Didn't come with a USB data cable, maybe that is why it is so inexpensive. That is what you have to have to connect to a desktop.

How do you charge it?
