How can I make my contacs from Microsoft Account NOT to sync automatically to my phone contacs?

The first time I register with my Microsoft account details in my phone (Nokia Lumia 730 DS - Windows Phone 8.1), it automatically transfers (syncs) all the contacs from my Microsoft account to the contacs tab in my phone.
I don't want the contacts from my Microsoft account to be transferred (synced) automatically to my phone.

How can I do that?

In short: Not.
Or use another ms account on your phone, but also in this case if you enter a contact on your phone it will be synced with this ms account. Or do not use an ms account at all (but then you also can not update or download apps and phone updates.
Don't forget you have a smart phone and if you do not want/like clouds and auto sync you should not use a smartphone.

How can I do that?

Go to PEOPLE & under Contacts >> showing -- unselect OUTLOOK (LIVE, HOTMAIL or whatever account is main account)
that will NOT display those on the phone (though, they'll probably be synced). IF that's what you're trying to accomplish.
