How can I make my PC from 32/bit to 64/bit?

How can i make my pc from 32/bit to 64/bit

Hi i use 1 pc its windows 7 32/bit i wanna make windows 8 64/bit
but its 1 problem pc is corrupted?
i tried to format with usb but when i start pc i have no control to keyboard/mouse or usb ??? can anyone help me ?

I am assuming that your mouse and keyboard are USB? Not ps2.

Try accessing the BIOS so that you can change your boot sequence to boot from USB. Most all current BIOS firmware is furnished with USB support and 'should' allow basic functionality. If you're formatting from USB I am also assuming that the USB is home to your Windows 8 install? IF you can access BIOS, set to boot from USB, and boot from the USB drive to complete your Win 8 install. Alternately, if you have the Windows 7 system/recovery disk, you can always boot from it and restore the machine to either try again or at least have Win 7 to work with...
