How can I recalibrate my Lumia 930 compass?

For ages now (in fact I cannot remember a time when this was not the case) the arrow within Maps points in the wrong direction for the direction I'm facing, and it seems to be generally a bit 'off' with its location. Only by 20-30 m, but it's annoying if I'm approaching a road junction I need but it tells me too late. Depends upon the direction of travel.

Machine is a Lumia 930 running Windows 10 Mobile.

Anyway, how can I recalibrate the compass to point in the correct direction?

Is there anything I can do about the GPS location thing?

Fine for Windows Phone 7, but what about Windows Phone 10?

Don't use phone case with magnet.
Gps on lumia 930 is terrible,try disable internet,and if satellite gps not work,you must on nokia care centre with phone.
I got manny troubles with 930.. In service centre replaced my 930 with 950 in warranty period.

oh well for a different software you say, I guess you should sweep it in the other direction then
