How can I recover my forgotten password lock WITHOUT a factory reset!?

Hello, I reset a new password last night and forgot it in the morning.... i usually remember passwords very well, but i dont know how i missed on this one! I want to recover my phone WITHOUT having to resort to a factory reset as i have many important pictures on my phone. I used to use OneDrive to restore the pics but it unnecessarily uploaded loads of pics which i usually upload and save on my PC quite often, so i disabled that function. This time somehow i didn't get time to save them on PC. I do have my microsoft account linked to my phone, so i can restore info like contacts and documents. But my pictures and music have no escape. I'm fine if the music list goes... but i want to retain the pics somehow! Also, it it possible to upload pics by opening my linked e-mail and extracting them from my phone as the phone password locked and i can't access it now?

It would be amazing if you could come up with a solution! Please i need to have the pictures back somehow

Sorry to say, but...

Option 1: Recall the password.
Option 2: Hard reset (I don't know if a locked phone can be reset or not, it might or might not be).

Can you view your folders when connected to PC? If not, then you have to reset.
