how can i reinstall windows 8.1

i installed windows 10. its worse than windows 8 ever was. pages freeze constantly. i have to shut my laptop down manually from the power button. i try to pull up some programs and nothing happens. now my windows store won`t even come up. how do i reinstall windows 8.1?
