How can I remove a wallpaper app on my phone?

I haven't wallpaper app on my phone I believe it's a red background with a white pinwheel

This app that I downloaded is not under application manager under any heading I'm wondering how I can uninstall it I cannot answer my phone half the time it is hard to navigate on the apps any ideas

Try a soft reset (restart phone) and then check your list of apps. Also check settings for background wallpaper
