How can I roll back to Win 8.1 after installing Win 10 Technical Preview 136 build on my Lumia 620?

i cannot roll back to win 8.1 after installing Win 10 technical preview 136 build on my lumia 620

i installed win 10 tech preview 136 build on my lumia 620 and now when trying to revert to 8.1 using windows phone recovery tool and lumia recovery tool it says that i have the latest build available for my phone.

Go ahead and select that latest build. Even though it looks like you're selecting the Win10 TP, once you agree, you'll be back to WP8.1 once the process completes.

I know because I rolled back on Friday from an earlier TP back to 8.1, prior to installing TP 1036.
