how to rollback to windows 8.1 form windows 10 technical preview

I have a Lumia 730 .I updated my phone to windows 10 technical preview.
Now I am facing some internet issues , so i want to rollback to my windows 8.1. I downloaded the Phone Recovery Tool from microsoft website but the software installation setup is failing giving error message, and resetting my phone only erases all my data not the the operating system.So what should I do? Please help.......

what kind of error are you getting when the software installation fails? And which OS are you running in your PC?
You can try installing the software in another PC and vehck wether the same problem appears!

What error message you are facing? Can you describe as in sentence? You can also say what's written in the error dialog box!
