how can I set 930 to ring for longer period of time

My 930 rings twice and then goes to voicemail

It's for Voda, but it's standard across networks.

Your phone company will need to switch off voicemail. You may be able to do it online, but a swift call you your phone company will sort it. I do it every time I switch providers. This is true for every phone, because it is nothing to do with the handset. You only need address this again when you change providers.
