restart loop issue on my nokia lumia phone 520
Nokia Lumia 520..8.1 Denim..there is restart loop issue and so i tried flashing my phone through WINDOWS RECOVERY TOOL, all files were downloaded and when i click install, phone restarted and there appears a big nokia logo and after that red screen appears for a second and again it retsarts..
