How can I stop continuous vibrations in my phone when the data connection is on?

continuos vibrations in my phone when data connection is on

i have lumia 630 dual sim. I bought it around 6 months ago but now sometimes there are continuos vibrations occurs when my data connection is on and once it got hanged also, so i was unable to switch it off as well then i remove its battery and again turn it on, finally the vibration stopped. please tell me whats the problem going on exactly in my phone and what is the reason behind these vibrations.
