How can I stop my laptop from downloading to Windows 1903?

I was a bit curious when I saw that I can update my Lenovo Idepad L340 Gaming Laptop to Windows 10 1903 so i tried it. But, after watching reviews on YouTube about 1903, they said that it contains a lot of bugs. It changed my mind to not update my laptop but the laptop is starting to download. Luckily, we have poor internet connection so it's still not finished. But, what should I do to stop it?
