How can I tell if I have a fresh install or was my PC upgraded?

Pretty simple one, is there a way to find out whether the PC I have was upgraded from Win 7, or if it was a fresh install of 10.

Check your C:\ in Windows Explorer. If you have a Windows.old folder, then it was upgraded. But the .old folder can be deleted so it not being there doesn't guarantee it's fresh.

Right Click on "My Computer" --> Properties. Should contain information about current version.
