How can I Track My Kids activity on the phone ?

HI all,

I am wondering if there are apps that will allow me to track my child's activity on her windows phone? I'd love to get copies of all the text messages she sends and receives, and maybe even throw in instagram to boot ? I saw TeenSafe for iOS and Android, but haven't found something similar for windows phones.
