Turning back on IE's ability to run in background in WP 8.1 (battery saver)
Hello. While troubleshooting a Nokia 810 (Developer's Preview), I turned "off" the ability of Internet Explorer to "Allow app to run in the background." This was done in "Battery Saver."
Now that I'm done troubleshooting, I'd like to turn it back on - but the option is not presented.
Is there a trick to doing this?
