How can I turn off quit hours on my Nokia Lumia 925 Windows 10?

I try everything even a hard start erasing everything and start all over again but the quit hours stop for a few minutes and start blinking again. I don't know what else should I do, also went to the store and they told me the phone is good I just buy this phone last month so I am concern. Everything start with the windows 10 version. Please if somebody find a solution for this annoying problem #bug let me know. Thanks!!!

What do you mean, the phone is blinking?

You could try what works for Windows Phone 8.1, it is:
Settings > "Quiet" Hours > Right Now > Off
Then
Settings > "Quiet" Hours > Automatic Rules > Off.
.
Scroll down the "Quiet" Hours screen for more granular controls.

In what way, are you saying, you did not set up Cortona properly? What device were you using and what steps did you take?

Cortana was not set up properly from the system, I had to set her up to have the quiet hour to stop blinking.

Edit: Even though she is set up now it is still blinking in the notification
