How can I update my Lumia 520 to GDR1?

Lumia 520 Update to GDR1

I currently have the following specifications:
Model: Nokia Lumia 520
Software: Windows Phone 8.1
OS Version: 8.10.12393.890
Firmware revision number: 3058.50000.1425.0007

I can't update my OS Version to 8.10.14147.180 so I can use the Live Tile Folder. Everytime I check for update there is none. But I came across a thread having the same issue but he got the update for his phone and I dont know how he did it.

For that you have to install Developer Preview. If you have installed it before, make sure that you have log in and signed up for the preview

I have no idea how to keep my Lumia 520 up to date.

PS: Right no in my Phone Update, there is a "Downloading Update" but it is stuck on 0% and I don't know how to stop the download.

EDIT: I just got a "Update ready for download" and it moved but i somehow screwed it up and it got stuck in 0% again.

FINAL EDIT: Got my phone to update. Just need to Turn Off Battery Saver then reboot then the update will begin.
