Hi, the Lumia 520 isn't eligible for Windows 10 mobile and has been dropped from the Insider programme.
The only way to get Windows 10 mobile on your phone is via a registry hack (see below), however it isn't recommended and may brick your phone.

USB mass storage is available with engineering SBL3. We have engineering SBL3 only for Lumia 520, Lumia 620, Lumia 625, Lumia 810, Lumia 820, Lumia 822, Lumia 920, Lumia 925 and Lumia 1020 devices : Installing Windows 10 Mobile Tech Preview on Lumia 925 & Old Lumias after downgrading

@DylanCochard the guide says that I choose the variant which is closer to the specification of my phone. In that case, I'd like to select the L532 (Single sim Indian variant). What should be my value for: PhoneManufacturer and PhoneManufacturerModelName ?

Choosing a device with a hardware that's close or not won't change anything. Windows Update checks the list of installed packages, the spoofed device is only checked to know if the device is allowed to be update.

Lumia 525, so you can use engineering SBL3. So, use Interop/cap unlock for Lumia without SBL3. Sound working!!!. If you use this tutorial, you don't need to unlock the EFIESP partition, you don't need to modify the SOFTWARE hive, you only need to modify the SYSTEM hive to spoof a compatible device.

I see. Anyway, I've already updated to W10M by modifying the SOFTWARE hive. I was just thinking that I may receive optimized builds if I set a device close to my configuration.
