How can i update to windows phone update 2(GDR2) on my Lumia 730 dual sim in Kenya,Africa??

Am not getting any updates when checking for updates, am still on windows phone Update 1

For Lumia phones Microsoft only confirmed that the 735 and the 830 get this OTA update. We do not know if other devices get this update. Only MS know. Probably for other devices this update is part on W10.
