Upgrade my PC

Hi there,

Last week my uncle donated me his old desktop server; Acer Veriton M661. It had Windows Server X64 pre installed which I replaced with Windows 7 X86. But the computer still runs slow, especially after it woke up from sleep. The Windows is updated and there are no driver issues. I did a Windows Experience Index Assessment test and the scores were:

I don't know what to do exactly with these number but I think, I need to upgrade this PC. But before I upgrade it, I am here for some expert advice. I actually need a budget friendly upgrade suggestions. Additionally, I am having an another issue, the computer have two hard drive of 80 GB each but it displays only one, even in Windows boot set-up. I have tested both hard drives they are working perfectly fine. I have read in an article that servers uses different hard drive than regular PCs, and Windows 7 doesn't support server hard drives. If this is true, then the performance issues might be, because of hard drive?

Any advices or suggestions are welcome and appreciated!

Thanks!!
