How can I use custom maps offline on a Win 8 phone?

I use this exelent mountainbike map frequently objo.net/mtbmap (URL for use in Osmand or RMaps are objo.net/mtbmap/tiles/{0}/{1}/{2}.png or objo.net/mtbmap/tiles/{z}/{x}/{y}.png
On iPhone and Androids there is many applications that alow usage of custom maps offline.
But now I strugle to fint a way to use it ofline on my Nokia 1020. (To make the batery last longer and cut downloading costs..)
