If this is a question on "how to watch Youtube in Pakistan?", then:

I'm not familiar with the local laws in Pakistan, but a quick research shows that Youtube was banned in Pakistan - which has been lifted later but the ban still seems to be in effect. If this is the case, then you would need to install a VPN in your phone in order to access Youtube - this technique allows a user to access a site that it otherwise banned in their geographic location.

A good example of a VPN "app" is Hotspot shield, which is not really an app but it contains instructions (and a digital certificate needed to make it work) on how to set a VPN up in your phone. It was once offered for free, not sure if it is still free - but when it was offered, it came with a two-week subscription which can be renewed by simply removing the settings and setting everything up again (for the VPN, not the entire phone).
