How can they muck it up so much (Now my favourites have gone)

It's getting silly, yesterday all my wife's contacts, today all my favourites and reading lists in edge, I like playing with computers but this is just too much, nothing seems very stable at the moment (Not in insiders).

I keep seeing issues with windows 10 where with each update something or the other breaks, I have 2 windows 10 laptops 1 with W10Home and other is company issued W10Enterprise. I dont see anything breaking on W10enterprise. ofcourse MS cant dare to mess up enterprise version but then it begs the question.
Is MS lazy or downright arrogant that it keeps releasing untested/buggy versions to consumers and use them as guinea pigs to test n fix before releasing for enterprise.
