How can we receive(use) internet shared by tethering(Bluetooth) by other phone in my lumia?

I know how to share internet through bluetooth but I want to know how to receive(use) the internet shared by bluetooth(by another phone) on windows phone 8.1?

I do it with my tablet, but all I do is turn on internet sharing on the phone, and select that network on the tablet. Have you tried selecting the network on the phone you want to use the connection on?
