How can you opt out of the Windows Insider Program for good without reinstalling Windows?!

Cannot get out for more than a few days and these half baked builds are killing me! They say to get the next public build and opt out then. Where are these public builds? All I ever get are insider builds!

Public builds come when the product is basically ready-to-go.

So, you cant opt out until we're a lot closer to launch. So its going to be until maybe a month or a couple weeks before the Creators update launches.
