How come I can't send pictures anywhere on my Lumia Icon with Build 10149??

[Windows Central Question]

I just updated my ICON to Mobile buld 10149 and for some reason I can send MMS through messaging, send pictures through messenger, or even upload OneDrive pictures. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a way to work around this?

Afaik there is currently no workaround. There are others complaining about this, so it is a bug within the build (an annoying one at that). You could try to hard reset but Im not sure that will solve anything

I should also mention that some 930/icon devices are having issues with the insider builds
